I’m thrilled to announce the publication of my third book, Daylesford Living: Inspired by Nature.
I think those last three words sum up the philosophy behind it – and everything we do at Daylesford – quite perfectly. From our table settings, menus and homegrown floristry to the interiors of my home and restored pubs and cottages, I am so often asked about the inspiration behind Daylesford’s aesthetic. And for me, it will always be nature.
In creating this book, I wanted to share her beauty, to open up my spaces and detail my love of design, craft and entertaining in a way that is both practical and beautiful. It’s a window into our world, showcasing all that is most loved about Daylesford and the Cotswolds from season to season.

I hope that these pages might stir something in you: encouraging you to seek out the perfect lampshade for your bedside, to install the log burner you’ve always dreamed of, to dare to hang the wallpaper you thought might be too bold or simply to make a mealtime feel that little bit more special by taking the time to dress your table. Above all, I hope that you will find joy in escaping, exploring and connecting with the boundless realms of your own imagination.
Thank you to Martin Morrell for his wonderful photography, to my publishers Vendome and to everyone who has worked so hard to help bring this project to life. Being able to hold something in my hands that was at one time just an idea is an incredibly special feeling.
