Earth Hour is a global annual event organised by WWF where millions of people switch off their lights for one hour to help raise awareness about the effects of global climate change.
On Saturday 19th March, we will be honouring Earth Hour by turning off all of the lights at the Farm at 6.30pm for an hour of stargazing with the Chipping Norton Amateur Astronomy Group.
In celebration of the hour, the Cookery School has also created an entirely sustainable menu for their WWF Earth Hour Dinner, which will be hosted in our Chelsea Garden Room.
The 4-course menu is devised around ingredients sourced from our organic market garden and farm and shares the stories of the people and thinking behind our produce.
Alternatively, book a table for dinner in our candle lit café, winner of the Most Sustainable Restaurant of the Year.
Stargazing tickets can be bought online HERE for £10 per person, and include a complimentary hot chocolate. Visitors can also pay on the day.
Stargazing tickets are free for those looking to book in a dinner at either our Café or Chefs Table – please call 01608 731700 or email PHILIPPA.LANE@DAYLESFORD.COM to make your reservations.
