The Wild Rabbit is teaming up with Laurent-Perrier to offer a very special dinner on Tuesday 4th April 2017.
Our Michelin starred Executive Chef Tim Allen has created a celebratory seasonal menu that perfectly complements the subtle flavours of Laurent–Perrier’s handcrafted champagnes.
The evening begins in the bar with free flowing Laurent-Perrier Brut served with freshly baked Gougeres canapés.
Guests will then be seated in the dining room, to enjoy a first course of Cornish Cock Crab, served with Celeriac, Green Apple and Yeast.
Next on the menu is Quail with Confit Bacon, Barbecued Cabbage, Spiced Cranberry and Crispy Egg, washed down with a crisp glass of Laurent-Perrier’s Cuvée Rosé.
For the main course of the evening, Tim has created a Rump of Veal with Truffle Puree, First of the Season Asparagus and Mushrooms on Toast, served with a very special glass of Laurent-Perrier’s elegant Grand Siècle.
Pudding is a refreshing Organic Buttermilk and Lemon complemented by a glass of Laurent-Perrier’s Ultra Brut.
The evening ends with a cheese plate of Beaufort and Tomme de Yenne, served with Last Season’s Apricots, Toasted Almond and a glass of Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2006.
It should be a wonderful evening and a fantastic opportunity to discover the many different flavours of one of the world’s most revered champagne houses, alongside a carefully curated menu of award winning food from The Wild Rabbit.
