Each season we strive to make a modern wardrobe of easy pieces, celebrating the best of craftsmanship, tradition and natural fabrics.

For our Autumn Winter 2015 collection we took our inspiration from the countryside in winter.

The sun is low and soft, trees are bare and the ground turns dark with leaves. Afternoon light floods through the windows of an empty country house, falling across scrubbed floorboards and a library of books treasured by generations.

We celebrate the beauty of nature in winter and the romance of forgotten architecture.

Shapes for the season follow the irregularity of landscape. Long layers, matt silk over light wool, add eccentricity to familiar fabrics. Plaids and checks, exaggerated and reworked in new colours, pay tribute to traditional country cloth.

Knitwear has subtle stitch details and yarns that echo our themes of raw nature and artisan techniques. We play with texture and weight as well as volume and quiet details within a colour palette of heather, aubergine and khaki.
